Refund policy

If you want your money back, you get your money back. You do not have to justify it, complete the product first, or talk to anyone.

Reply to your purchase receipt and write the word refund. That is the entire process. If you cannot find the receipt, email hi@thesystemstore.com from the address you bought with.

30 days from your purchase — which, with immediate access, is also the day you can start building. Enough time to build the System, run it on real work, and decide.

The refund is issued through Stripe within two business days of your email. Your bank then takes its own time — usually five to ten business days — before it shows on your statement. That part is out of our hands.

There is no retention offer, no exit survey, and no downsell. You will not be asked to hop on a quick call. Asking for a refund does not stop you from buying something else later.
