Refund policy

If you want your money back, you get your money back. You do not have to justify it, complete the product first, or talk to anyone.

Reply to your purchase receipt and write the word refund. That is the entire process. If you cannot find the receipt, email PLACEHOLDER@example.com from the address you bought with.

30 days from the day you get access — not from the day you paid. You are buying these before they ship, and a window that started at purchase would quietly spend part of your guarantee while you were still waiting.

The refund is issued through Stripe within two business days of your email. Your bank then takes its own time — usually five to ten business days — before it shows on your statement. That part is out of our hands.

There is no retention offer, no exit survey, and no downsell. You will not be asked to hop on a quick call. Asking for a refund does not stop you from buying something else later.
