Your CRM is a filing cabinet you pay for monthly

Ask an agent what’s inside their CRM and they’ll usually tell you how many contacts they have.
4,000 leads.
8,000 leads.
12,000 leads.
That’s not particularly useful.
The interesting question is: who should you call today?
Someone asked for a valuation 14 months ago.
Someone owns a property you sold them six years ago.
Someone opened three emails last month.
Someone told you they were thinking about downsizing and then disappeared.
They’re all sitting next to each other in the same database.
And tomorrow another 20 contacts will get added.
Most agents don’t need another source of leads nearly as badly as they need a better way to interrogate the leads they already paid for.
Export the database.
Clean it.
Add whatever context you actually have.
Then start asking useful questions.
Who has a reason to sell?
Who has gone quiet but showed intent?
Who hasn’t been contacted in 180 days?
Who deserves a human call this week?
AI makes this considerably easier than it used to be.
But the point isn’t AI.
The point is turning a database back into a list of people worth talking to.
Otherwise your CRM is just a very expensive filing cabinet.
